I received my order and it was broken. What should I do?
We take extra effort in packaging all of our shipments, but sometimes it is possible a shipment is damaged by the shipper. We are not responsible for shipping damage, but please do the following:
1. Contact us as soon as possible by email.
2. We will file a claim and process as quickly as possible.
Do you charge extra for packaging?
Even though it has gotten expensive for packaging materials, we do not charge extra for handling and packaging. This is a savings for our customers.
Can I call my order in?
We discontinued phone number some time ago due to so many non-business related phone calls, but have added it back to our site due to customer request.
