We ship all of our orders within 5 days of purchase via USPS or UPS. Shipping cost is calculated at time of purchase, so you pay exact cost of shipping. We do not charge any handling fees. Any orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Our Business hours are from 9AM to 5PM, Monday - Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sundays.

Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver have left, keep all the packing and damaged products then report to our support staff via our email contact. We will file a claim and follow-up with the process of the claim, but will not replace the item until the claim is finalized. We can guarantee all customers that they will get a replacement if broken. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction.
