SHIPPING

  • ElectricOil Warmers.Com ships via UPS.
  • It is our goal to ship our customers purchase ASAP and generally ships within 5 days of purchase.
  • When a purchase has shipped, we will notify the customer of date shipped and a tracking number.
  • ElectricOilWarmers.Com doesn't charge any handling fees.
  • You pay exactly the cost of shipping calculated by shipping companies.
  • It is our goal to make sure our customers receives their products in working condition and not broken for their enjoyment.
  • Since most of our oil warmers are glass we are not reponsible for breakage during shipment.
  • It is important that choose to have insurance added to your shipment for the amount of your purchase.
  • We check each product before shipping to make sure the bulbs are working, the item isn't broken and we go that extra step to package your purchase for protection during shipment, but we cannot be responsible for shipping comapany damage.
  • Insurance is included in the shipping cost at no expense to the customer.
  • Each order will have a tracking number sent to the customer when shipment is confirmed by email.

RETURNS

  • You will have 10 days from date of purchase to contact our customer support of any problems.
  • We are not responsible for bulb damage due to contamination from oil or misuse.
We do not pay return shipping cost.
 
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
 
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver have left, keep all the packing and damaged products then report to our support staff via our email contact. We will file a claim and follow-up with the process of the claim, but will not replace the item until the claim is finalized. We can guarantee all customers that they will get a replacement if broken. We will replace any product that has a defect in workmanship but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. Defects in workmanship are covered under initial satisfaction.
FRAGRANCE PURCHASES
 
We do not accept returns on fragrance oil after they are purchased. Our oils are un-cut and our reasoning for not accepting returns is the fear of contamination after they leave ElectricOilWarmers.Com.
 
We will however do everything possible to satisfy our customer with any problems after shipment. Please contact us via our email and we will address the issue.
